Levi Bendele

Attorney
Levi Bendele is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. He began his legal career as a State Farm claim representative in the late 1990s, an experience that shaped his deep understanding of insurance litigation. With over 25 years of experience, he has defended clients in cases involving automobile liability, premises and construction injury, HOA litigation, and complex coverage disputes. Levi has also argued appeals before the Washington Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit. He currently chairs the Automobile and Trucking Claims Defense Section of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association.

Stephanie McNulty

Attorney
Stephanie McNulty has worked in personal injury litigation since 2013, with experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides. Stephanie’s dual background gives her a unique perspective when representing clients in high-stakes claims. She has appeared in courtrooms across Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties, advocating both remotely and in person. Her current focus is on defending clients in complex insurance and licensing board matters.

James Mendel

Attorney
James Mendel earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his J.D. from New York Law School. Licensed to practice in both Washington and New York, James brings over two decades of litigation experience to the firm. He has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict, with a focus on defending auto liability, premises, timber trespass, and construction-related claims. James is also well-versed in EUOs, PIP arbitrations, and coverage analysis. Colleagues often turn to him for insight on trial strategy and courtroom procedure.

MaryAnne Maxwell is a legal assistant supporting attorneys in civil litigation and insurance defense. She assists with case preparation, document management, and client communication in matters involving liability, coverage, and personal injury.
